The classrooms and the school ground must be kept clean and tidy. All the waste papers, wrappers etc. must be thrown in the waste paper basket.
No valuable should be brought to the school. The school does not hold any responsibility for loss of books, stationery or other valuables of the student.
There shall be no money raised for any purpose whatsoever or gifts given to staff members or others without the permission of the Principal.
Latecomers, without written explanation from parents or guardian, will not be admitted in the class. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, misbehavior even outside the school premises and insubordination to school authorities justify disciplinary action against the student.
No pupil shall enter any classroom other than his/her own without permission. They shall not enter the staff room without permission. Pupils may change their place in the class room only with the permission of the class teacher.
Students should bring the necessary text, notebooks and stationery regularly according to the time table.
All pupils are expected to take part in the assembly. Students desiring to be excepted from the physical training or games on medical ground should produce a Doctor's Certificate.
No student shall be promoted to the next higher standard or admitted to the Public Examination, unless the student has attended the classes for the required number of working days.
In all foreseen cases, such as marriage, pilgrimage, religious ceremony and in case of prolonged illness etc. leave of absence must be obtained in advance from the Principal. Medical practitioner must validate leave application for illness.
Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is not allowed. When passing along the corridors during the class hours students shall keep silence.
All shall remain silent and study till the teacher comes to the class. When the teacher enters the classroom, the pupil shall stand up, great him / her and remain there till they are asked to sit.
Students shall keep silence and decorum in the classes. During the absence of a teacher, they shall not leave their classroom or their seats; neither shall they make noise. The class leader must report the matter to the Principal.
It is forbidden to write or splash ink on the school or compound walls or in any way disfigure or damage school property. Severe action will be taken against pupils of not adhering to this rule. The costs of repairs or replacement shall be borne by the parents concerned.
Pupils absent from examination will be considered as having failed unless it is established that their absence was due to illness.
SPEAKING ENGLISH IS COMPULSORY at in the school, in the school premises, in the school bus and at the bus stops while waiting to board the bus.
Discourtesy and disrespect to the members of the school staff in any form will be viewed seriously and students responsible for such misbehavior are liable to be dismissed.
No student shall be sent with a relative/stranger unless a responsible person comes to fetch him/her with a not of authorization from his/her parent/guardian.
Every student shall endeavor to keep up the high standard and morale of the school by excelling in studies and good manners.
Students should realize that they are responsible to the authorities of the school not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside.
Students should learn to cherish the sweet memories of their school life with love and gratitude and speak for their school.
Reading materials like books, newspapers, periodicals, comics etc. may not be brought to the school without the prior sanction of the class teacher. Film magazines, pornographic books, VCD, DVD and such items are not allowed in the school campus. Transistor radios, electronic equipment's etc. should not be brought to school.
No collection of any kind shall be made in the class. All collection must be done through the office.
No meeting, party or picnic or any kind of organized school activity shall be arranged without the approval of the Principlal.
Students shall be responsible for the safe custody of their belongings. As a precautionary measure it is suggested that they have their names inscribed on articles like tiffin carriers, umbrellas, school bags.
The school authorities will not be responsible for the loss of articles of students and for any injury or loss of life that might happen accidentally.
For a serious violation of any of the school regulations, a student may be temporarily suspended or even dismissed according to the discretion of the principal.
All our students are exhorted to cultivate the habit of daily morning and evening prayers. Catholic students are specially recommended to assist regularly at Holy Mass and be frequent to the sacraments and thus be witnesses to Christ in their daily lives by their good example. Catholic parents would do well to encourage their children in this matter.
Parents are allowed to come and meet the teachers on IV'th Thursday of every month from 1.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
